1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Diesel Win — whether via desktop, mobile browser, or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the site.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at Diesel Win, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher.
  • You may hold only one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
  • You must not be a resident of any country where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this site is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them with any third party.

Before any withdrawal is processed, Win Top Ltd reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks. You may be asked to provide documents including, but not limited to, proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to supply requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut
  • Cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT
  • Minimum deposit: £25
  • Minimum withdrawal: £25

Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal processing times may vary; however, payouts are typically completed in up to 3 hours. Win Top Ltd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing funds, which may affect processing times.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion offered at Diesel Win is subject to its own specific terms. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

  • The Welcome Bonus — 460% up to £15,000 plus 460 free spins across the first five deposits — is available to new players on their first real money deposit. A wagering requirement of x40 applies, and bonus funds must be used within 7 days of being credited.
  • All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotions through multiple accounts or systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may lead to account closure.
  • Win Top Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6. Fair Play

All games at Diesel Win use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating or use of any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage
  • Collusion with other players
  • Operating more than one account

Win Top Ltd reserves the right to void bets or game results and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified.

7. Responsible Gambling

Win Top Ltd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players:

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to make use of these tools or contact our support team for assistance.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Win Top Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

  • False or misleading information has been provided during registration or verification
  • Prohibited conduct, as described in Section 6, has been identified
  • A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2
  • There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
